She specializes in navigating through childhood trauma, exploring attachment styles, breaking free from people pleasing, and processing grief. She offers an integrative orientation to best suit your unique needs, including Family Systems Theory, Somatic Attachment Therapy, Brainspotting, and Reiki Energy Healing for clients16 years and up.
