Grounded in clinical mindfulness and integrative care principles, the retreat offers practical, evidence-informed strategies to help participants improve nervous system awareness and coping skills.
Through guided movement, mindfulness practices, sound-based relaxation, facilitated discussion, and hydration-supportive nourishment, participants engage in interventions shown to reduce stress and support mental and physical well-being.
