Do you accept insurances?Yes, although we are a cash pay private practice. We are currently in-network with BCBSTX, Cigna, Optum, UHC, and AETNA. In some instances, clients with Out-Of- Network benefits (OON) are provided with a super bill that is used for their reimbursement purposes. Please note that it is your responsibility to confirm OON coverage directly with your insurance carrier. Consequently, you are required to pay the full amount for sessions at the time of service.

I want to get the most out of therapy, what can I do to help?We are glad you are dedicated to getting the most out of your sessions. After all, your active participation and dedication is crucial to your success, as we only see each other for one session a week. It’s the work you do outside of our sessions that will really help you see your personal growth and development. For example, completing your homework assignments, following through with referrals/resources, and taking supplements as recommended are things you can do.

Why shouldn't I just take medication?Medication alone cannot solve all issues, and it's sometimes needed in conjunction with therapy. Our work together is designed to explore the root of the issue, dig deep into your patterns, and teach strategies that can help you accomplish your personal and/or relational goals. In addition, as an integrative mental health provider, we are able to recommend complimentary, alternative medicines to support your needs.

Do I need to be a client to receive wellness consulting? You don't necessarily have to be a psychotherapy client to receive our wellness services. Because wellness consulting is a separate service provided by our affiliate company, Omi Beverages, LLC, you are welcome to choose being a client for psychotherapy or wellness coaching.

What is your cancellation policy? If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment or you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of our no show/late cancel fee ($80-$175). As late cancels/no show fees are not covered by insurance, the client will assume financial responsibility in this matter. Thanks in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
